about me

I majored in photography long, long ago, waaay back in the college days before digital came along and blessed my life, but a husband and four kids came along and saved me from a career, so I've just been carrying my camera around with me taking pictures of my kids and bugs and sunsets.  Now it seems to be growing into a little something more - God knows when the timing is right for things like that.  I might use a Batman pencil to schedule photo sessions, but hey, it's where I'm at right now.  You know, real life!  That's what I hope to catch through the lens....the everyday, the comfortable, the real.  I think those are the moments we really want to remember anyway.
